Good Sleep without drugs or medicine - By Real Siddha Yoga method of meditation

Guru Siyag, a propagator of ancient Indian Sidha Yoga philosophy has claimed to prove that we can cure even Cancer and AIDS using Guru Siyag’s Siddha Yoga method of meditation(Spiritual meditation). Today we are spending Millions of Dollars to get rid of deadly diseases like Cancer, AIDS, and other incurable diseases all over the World. In addition to this, we are also loosing the valuable Man Power, as the most rapidly spreading diseases are taking the younger generation in its grip. This destructive process can be reversed by adopting the time tested Siddha Yoga, absolutely free of cost, says Guru Siyag, from India. If this method of Guru Siyags Siddha Yoga, based on the solid principles of Vedic Science is adapted, nobody can stop Mankind to win over deadly diseases. To achieve this, we will have to diffentiate between the artificial Yoga and the Real Siddha Yoga. The Yoga going on today is a kind of physical body exercise, and not the Siddha Yoga as described by Maharishi Patanjalis Yoga Sutras. The Do it yourself “method of meditation” can be downloaded free of cost from www.the-comforter.org Well, this is not a topic of discussion, it has to be experimented practically to realise it ourselves, so that we can come to an conclusion about its benefits to the mankind.

YOGA

Directed by Erica Shallow, this is the video for the song by the same name on Bageshree Vaze’s CD ‘Tarana’ (named Khanak by Times Music in India). Featuring Kathak dance and yoga choreography, the video features Toronto dance artists Malgorzata Nowacka and Tyler Gledhill, and cinematography is by Arthur Cooper. The song and dance symbolize the soul’s eternal quest for salvation, and the balance of body and mind, the true essence of yoga philosophy.

Mejor Cada Dia (Entrevista Con Vander Botelho)

Entrevista Con el profesor de Yoga Vander Botelho. oga (Sanskrit, Pāli: योग yóga) refers to traditional physical and mental disciplines originating in India.[1] The word is associated with meditative practices in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.[2][3][4] In Hinduism, it also refers to one of the six orthodox (āstika) schools of Hindu philosophy, and to the goal toward which that school directs its practices.[5][6] In Jainism it refers to the sum total of all activities—mental, verbal and physical. Major branches of yoga in Hindu philosophy include Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, and Hatha Yoga.[7][8][9] Raja Yoga, compiled in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and known simply as yoga in the context of Hindu philosophy, is part of the Samkhya tradition.[10] Many other Hindu texts discuss aspects of yoga, including Upanishads, the Bhagavad Gita, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the Shiva Samhita and various Tantras. The Sanskrit word yoga has many meanings,[11] and is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj, meaning “to control”, “to yoke” or “to unite”.[12] Translations include “joining”, “uniting”, “union”, “conjunction”, and “means”.[13][14][15] Outside India, the term yoga is typically associated with Hatha Yoga and its asanas (postures) or as a form of exercise. Someone who practices yoga or follows the yoga philosophy is called a Yogi.[16] Contents [hide]
