EXPLORING endless possibilities using body mind breath consciousness, dialing internal receptors, tuning in & limbering up to take on the day. Reminding self to “feel” more, react less as flow unfolds. Intuitive dynamic free-form movement, riding energetic wave, sense air over skin, make balance checks, kinetic stretching progressively building balance, strength & flexibility. Trial practice with socks to see if they are more help or harm? Yoga dancer pose, half moon arda chandrasana, hand balance tittibasana to headstand & handstand inversions. Why not add inversions to mix if body is willing & able? Headstand & handstand don’t require the flexibility some other poses do, namely back bending & splits. What shall i do for fun & fitness today? Continuing with main practice flow conundrum inversion sets after this, each on a separate video for your viewing pleasure.

Main morning practice this week, dynamic flow & stability test wearing socks to slide into splits easier. Feel many “stuck” places resistant to loosen up, what else is new in this body that feels foreign & aged +20 years overnight. The socks present some slipperiness issues that clues me to move with caution. First of 3 sets practiced in sequence with minor apparel change of shorts between. Plenty of minor physical setbacks, lessons to grow on, yoga practice not perfect.
